I'm Jenell Steltz, and Monroe isn't just where I work, it's home.
As a Realtor with Windermere Real Estate, I'm based out of the Everett office but my heart and my business are rooted right here in Snohomish County. I focus on the communities along the Highway 2 corridor Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe, Sultan and beyond, because these are the neighborhoods I know best, and knowing a market deeply is one of the most valuable things a Realtor can offer you.
My specialty is working with move-up sellers. These are homeowners who've built equity, grown into a new season of life, and are ready to transition from their first or second home into something that better fits who they are now. I also work with sellers relocating out of the area helping them close one chapter here while they open another somewhere new.
What I love most? The listing side. I believe there's a real art to presenting a home pricing it right, telling its story, and positioning it to attract the right buyer. I take that seriously.
